"The Brand"

Wonderful Husband is doing an online training course for his employer. They keep using words I'm not sure are actual words. Things like "impactful." The current video is on the concept of "the brand." Every time she says "the brand," I substitute in "the Royal family." It's surprisingly apt, and yet still amusing.
