Our joyous office call of the day (actually this was the runner-up but for the life of me I can't remember what the derptastic winner this morning was about ^^;) was:
Receptionist: Okay, what's your dog's last name? Client: [frosty] My dog doesn't have a last name. It's a DOG. Receptionist: Well, when I punch it into the computer we have about a hundred "Ginger"s, so...?
