Plus, as a background bonus, figuring out invitation lists and "oh fuck, what should we put on the wedding registry?!" because I have damn near about everything one needs to set up happy happy housekeeping.

Well, how would you/your family/guests feel if you asked for money or contributions to your honeymoon fund? I've had some friends who were thinking of doing that instead of asking for toasters & stuff because they already had everything a wedding registry usualy asks for. Being from an asian culture, I have no problem with giving/receiving cold hard cash, but some americans seem to.

Current honeymoon plans are something like "go camping for a few days" and take a real honeymoon for our first anniversary.
