In some aspects I totally fail at being a child of the '80s. Such as the fact that, until tonight, I had never seen Cats. ^_^;;

I knew the music, of course, albeit from the Broadway cast "Selections from Cats" CDs, which mean there were a lot of bridges, full lyrics, and two songs I'd never heard before. Plus a totally different arrangement of at least one of the ones I thought I knew.

Am currently listening to the London cast recording, which is different yet again.

Am expecting to develop a bit of a fixation for a while.

I adore Cats, in large part because I grew up reading the poems it was taken from. It gets a lot of criticism for not really having a plot, but I never cared. :P
