Things I Want To Learn

sakon76Part of the reason I actually started taking bellydance lessons last year was because Wonderful Husband told me it was something I should do before we had kids. (The implication, I believe, being that after I wouldn't have enough time.)
Other things I would like to learn:
--pottery
--drawing
--music (guitar or piano, most likely, though violin is also a possibility)
--German
--couture or tailoring sewing classes
--a conversational Japanese course to help me keep from losing the language
--woodworking
--how to use a pressure canner
What would the rest of you like to learn?
