Back in the UK

Have arrived safely. Flight was pleasant, as far as flights to a location a third of the planet away go. Decent seats, minimal turbulence, wonderful new noise-cancelling headphones (Christmas gift from Wonderful Husband), and my choice of what movies to watch and when. Am in Southampton at my parents-in-law's, where I shall be for the next several days. Later, all!

Been meaning to ask... what type of earphones did hubby get ya? Been looking for our trip in March for something better then earbuds.

Sennheiser PXC250 NoiseGard. They're very comfortable, come with a case and three different adaptor jacks, and take two AAA batteries for the noise cancelling technology, but function as regular headphones even when the batteries are drained. I love them.
