sakon76Did Thursday at SDCC. BIIIG Dealer's Hall. Possibly too big. Took most of our time there just to get through it. Fiance got the first TPB of LXG. I got three art prints--two fairies (artist was there, so she signed them for me and said I'd really made her day) and one mermaid riding a dragon. Also met up with Jeanne and Sara and Cyndie and people. Also buzzed Steph at the Bandai booth and will probably be having lunch with her sometime next week. Plus watched Bandai's trailers and got a free WHR t-shirt. Also got a look-see at an advance (loose leaf rather than hard-bound) copy of the TFs artbook 88 MPH is putting out on Sept. 17th. Nice. Must buy. Not enough Rodimus/Hot Rod pics, alas, but still definitely worth picking up.
Yesterday fiance took a look at my computer and presented my father with a list of specs for what's dead, dying, and/or just majorly screwed up. We're all heading over to Fry's Electronics in a few minutes. Graduation present. Yay! Funny, though, how when I tell my father my computer's screwed up he ignores it but when *fiance* says the same thing... guess it's like being a woman going to buy a car, kind of?
Off to pillage.
