Started watching through some anime while pinning things tonight. They're all first episodes of new series that for some reason or other I thought Wonderful Husband or I might like. Nishi no Yoki Majou has failed my "does this interest me in the slightest in the first episode?" litmus test. Princess Princess fared well enough to make me give it the chance of a second episode, though I hope the pacing issues are resolved soon. And Strawberry Panic I've decided Wonderful Husband might like, but I don't particularly care for. I'd rather go back and finish Maria-sama ga Miteru if I happen to be in the mood for a girls' school show. It is also somehow typical of me to like the crossplay show that made me say aloud twice "please let this be a boys' love show." Because if it isn't, it is anyway.

Tomorrow night, perhaps, I shall wet my feet in Ouran High School Host Club on the recommendation of various people, and give the newest .hack property, .hack//Roots, a try. I admit I haven't liked anything in that universe since .hack//SIGN, but perhaps this one will hook me.
