Feb. 17th, 2003 01:23 pmSomehow my parents don't understand that with the disappearance of two-thirds of my monthly income, plus the verdict from my father to move out of my grandmother's and back to their place within thirty days, plus their plans to give my grandmother's dog (who I've been taking care of for the past two years) up for adoption do not sum up to make me all perky.
Currently trying to figure out how to survive payments (car, insurance, gas) on ~$600/month and whether or not I'll be able to afford to continue school for the two more terms it will take me to get my second degree.
OTOH, I rather liked Daredevil and am trying to figure out why it seemed better than Spiderman when in fact it's worse. I suspect it has something to do with the arc of change being interior rather than exterior, towards hope rather than darkness, and the vulnerability of the main character.
