Hoopskirt goodness!

sakon76After my Wonderful Husband used the dremel tool to cut and bore holes into the hoop boning, my hoopskirt is now finally finished. Well, mostly finished. Despite having taken an inch and a quarter off of my waist measurement, I have to overlap the waistband ends by two inches... so I need to eventually redo the waistband to be five or six inches shorter. Le'sigh. In the meantime, off to judge length of skirt fabrics!
