cut and sew the ruffle
hem the ruffle
sew the collar and ruffle together and to the dress
add hooks and eyes to the belt and zipper top
sew thread loops to keep the belt in place
add snaps to bow and dress front so the bow is removeable for washing
figure out how to make the sparkly into the brooch. Probably need to buy jewelry findings and a backing... of some sort...
tighten the elastic in the shoulder straps
find and buy white shoes
find and buy hairspray and a curling iron
