sakon76Discovery of the day: if you have an unopened DVD, still in its plastic wrap and sealing stickers, etc., but do not have a receipt documenting its exact point of purchase, you cannot exchange it ANYWHERE for mechandise of a similar or lesser value.

Date: 2004-09-21 05:03 pm (UTC)Back when I was working retail we had to take anything as an exchange, provided it was something we sold. All folks had to do was say it had been a gift, and they didn't have a receipt.
