We had an interview with Immigration Services this morning regarding changing his legal status. Annoyingly, they did not accept his offer of employment as proof of financial security, and thus he needs a co-sponsor. Probably one or the other of my parents.
Have cut out and sewn the skirt I wanted to the other day and seam-finished two of its six hems. Will need to let it hang for a day or two before hemming it. Am considering making a matching long vest with the remainder of the fabric.
