Things that are stacked
Jun. 28th, 2013 03:14 pmYay, my glucose test came back normal! Which means I don't have gestational diabetes. Which is good, because I have at least four factors that make me more likely to: I'm over 35, overweight, have a family history of diabetes, and am having a large baby. (The ultrasound nurse said he/she/it is currently presenting as developmentally about two weeks ahead of schedule.)
I've been spending the day putting things back on the shelving unit like an inverse Jenga puzzle. I know I've successfully made more room because I was able to add the yarn box to the shelves. I also did a cursory riffle through my patterns and pulled a couple dozen to go to the Bazaar, but didn't get rid of nearly as many as I could've/should've. Still, the bookcase and the sewing dummy will be able to take their new home as of this evening. Hooray for progress!
