On Writing and Ricers
Mar. 2nd, 2011 10:07 pmStayed a little after class tonight and mentioned a few of my concerns to the teacher. She seemed to take them seriously, for whatever that's worth. Felt better getting it out into the air, anyway.
Why (unrelatedly) is there an unwritten law that anyone who has a custom sound system in their car has to play lousy music? Seriously, whenever I can hear the bass coming from a block away, they're either playing (c)rap or Mexican music. And I don't mind Mexican music, when it's not being shared with everyone inside a half-mile radius. Swear to god, if I ever end up in a car with a fancy sound system, I'm going to drive around sharing my music with people too! The 1812 Overture comes to mind....
