Back on the bandwagon. Spent today's writing poking around the Tel Amo convent on Alcatraces Island. Got the main block written, then went back through and added characterization into Abbess Aune's PoV section, since she didn't have much of a personality the way I'd initially written it. And oh yeah Higami is being Higami. Realized how weird it must be for Marin (who has spent most of her life as a mermaid) to not only have a sister who can't swim, but a mother who drowned.
