Weekend, derailed.

Yesterday: drove ~2.5 hours to San Diego. Parked, took bus to convention center. Walked to the end of the queue. Stood there for ~45 minutes. Wonderful Husband found and purchased sodas and sunblock. Fortunately. People came walking back to tell everyone that the convention was at capacity. Grr. Managed to meet up with Cyndie and Neil for lunch, though. Came back, discovered a minor case of sunburn on my shoulders, watched Run Lola Run, and went to sleep with the fan on.

Woke up today, dressed, went to the fabric district with elenisiliel. It showered briefly on the way, but was regrettably hot while there. Went through a dozen stores before finding what we were both looking for, lunched in Little Tokyo, and then came home. Now to wash fabric and start sewing it....
