Yipes! Stripes!

Right. Some costuming math:

Ten strips each of two colors, forty-five inches wide equals 855 inches of seams.
Times a hem on either side of each seam equals 1710 inches of hems.
Equals seventy-one and a quarter yards of seams just to get a piece of fabric that's forty by forty-five inches....

I think I need more of this fabric. ^^;; To make lots more stripes.

On shinigami and such things

Okay. Book seven of Death Note? Was TOTALLY not expecting that to happen! Right out of left field. Makes me wonder what's going to happen from now on... and hope that the writer is able to carry the rest of the series. Still, interesting ramifications....
