Typical Sunday

Today, I...

--trimmed the trees in the backyard. I have a hard rule in place about being able to walk on the lawn without ducking.
--made 2 liters of lemonade concentrate
--made a gallon of sun tea
--did rather a slaggin' lot of weeding in the kitchen garden
--planted the remaining walking onions as well as the spaghetti squash
--watered all the outdoor plants and beds
--potted up tomatoes into larger containers
--moved my bay tree and two of the rhubarbs from 1 gallon pots into 2.5 gallon pots
--put a pepper plant and three pepino melon plants (which are in the pepper/tomato family, not vining melons as the name would imply) into one of the beds
--made chicken sabzi for dinner
--turned three quarts of homegrown strawberries into three half-pints of strawberry bay leaf jam

Now to see if I can accomplish the other half of the list in the evenings this week....
