Saw Constantine with Wonderful Husband tonight. It's not the comic book version, but it's still actually *good*. Imagine a good fanfic, if you will, taking all the tropes of the universe and playing with them, creating an AU. Oh, and if you see it, stay until the end of the credits. There's an extra. Not the best movie ever, but better by far than a *lot* of the flicks that make it into theatres these days.
We got a mixed bag of trailers... among them the new Batman movie (which was giving me flashbacks to The Shadow movie until I twigged), a Top-Gun-meets-Independence-Day-meets-Hal-from-2001 movie called Stealth which I will be missing, your usual CIA thriller (The Interpreter), what looks like a decent romantic comedy based on the fiance-meets-parents riff (Guess Who), and an Indiana Jones lookalike that I might go watch (Sahara).
And Wonderful Husband is evil because he purchased a bag of Hershey's Kisses filled with caramel and they are GOOOOOD....
